Brokerage companies have until January 31st to mail out your 1099-OID. If your broker is putting together a consolidated 1099 statement on your behalf, they have until February 14 to mail out this form. You may also be able to download your 1099-OID or consolidated statement if your brokerage company provides you with online access to this form.
If by mid to late February you have not yet received your 1099-OID, we recommend you check with your broker.
The IRS also has an option to get a transcript of this documentation, but it may not be available during the standard filing period. More information can be found here.
