How does the Beem Card work?

Beem partners with Upwardli to open a credit builder card that turns your spending activity into credit building. Once approved, both a deposit account and a credit builder card will be opened in your name at Cross River Bank.
Once an initial deposit is made into your account, this will open your card and it will also set your card's spending limit.
Once your account is set up you will be able to use your card anywhere Mastercard is accepted. Any balances left unpaid, will result in a late payment being reported to the credit bureaus.
