How can I optimize my experience with my virtual card?

1. Please always make sure to know your balance before you transact.
-You may find your balance by viewing the card added to your profile on the URL embedded with your card OR by searching for the retrieval link email with the subject line of “Your Virtual Prepaid Card” in the inbox associated with the card.
2. For online shopping, verify if the merchant allows split tender transactions. If they do not, confirm if the merchant allows for a Gift card purchase on their own brand. You may use the remaining funds on the card to purchase a merchant issued gift card. Now you may use the merchant issued gift card and your own form of payment to complete the transaction while depleting the funds on your prepaid card(s).
3. Your card may be able to add to your mobile wallet, log into your profile to see if applicable.
