Why am I being charged a late fee?

Modified on Sun, 1 Feb at 11:10 PM

Late fees are applied when a payment towards the subscription fee is not available for automatic deduction on the scheduled date.

This can happen if:

  • Your linked bank account doesn’t have enough funds
  • Your payment method has expired or is invalid

In such cases, a late fee of $5 every month for every missed subscription, capped to $15 in aggregate late fees.

Tip: To avoid late fees, ensure your linked account has a sufficient balance and is up to date. If you believe a late fee was applied in error, contact support@trybeem.com for assistance.
