Why my bank account could not be linked to Beem account?

Modified on Sun, 1 Feb at 11:58 PM

In order to use Beem services, you must link your own bank account. You must not link a bank account belonging to your spouse or anyone in the family or friends. If we identify at any time on or after your Beem onboarding that the account that you have linked with Beem does not belong to you, your Beem account services might get stopped or interrupted immediately in violation of the terms.

Beem (Line) reserves the right to refill the dues in your Beem account from your debit card or bank account linked with your Beem account.

The name on the bank account must match the name provided as part of your personally verified details while signing up for a Beem account. You might not get a refund of the service fee paid already.

However, if you have changed your name and are having trouble linking your bank account to the Beem app due to a name mismatch between your Beem profile and your bank records, our support team can help review and manually connect the bank account.

To request a manual bank connection in such cases, please email support@trybeem.com and include the following documents:

  • Valid identity proof showing your correct name
  • Bank statement that matches the correct name
  • Legal name change document (if applicable), such as:
    • Marriage certificate
    • Court order or other legal documentation

Once received, our team will review the documents and assist you with the necessary updates.
