ID Mismatch: It means your bank details don't match the identity information entered by you during sign-up. The name in the bank account linked must match your name in the Beem app. In case your name was recently changed due to marriage, legal purposes, etc., you can refer to this article to know the steps to link the bank account manually - https://help.trybeem.com/support/solutions/articles/84000382676-why-my-bank-account-could-not-be-linked-to-beem-account-
Account Already Linked: It means the bank account you are trying to link is already linked to the existing Beem account. You cannot link the same bank account multiple times to the Beem app. If the bank account is a joint checking account, only one user can link the bank account to the Beem app, as the Beem app restricts linking the same bank account multiple times in more than one Beem account.
Name Not Found: It means we're unable to retrieve your name from the bank account you linked to the Beem app. It may take up to 24-48 hrs for the system to complete this process. In case 24-48 hrs has passed, and the bank account is still not connected, you may get in touch with us at support@trybeem.com with your latest bank statement in PDF format.
Link Checking Account: It means the account you are trying to link is a bank account that is a savings bank account, or not a valid checking account used for everyday expenses, and where you receive regular income.
