At this time, there is no option to edit or change your name directly in the Beem app.
However, if you have changed your name and are having trouble linking your bank account to the Beem app due to a name mismatch between your Beem profile and your bank records, our support team can help review and manually connect the bank account.
To request a manual bank connection in such cases, please email support@trybeem.com and include the following documents:
- Valid identity proof showing your correct name
- Bank statement that matches the correct name
- Legal name change document (if applicable), such as:
- Marriage certificate
- Court order or other legal documentation
Once received, our team will review the documents and assist you with the necessary updates.
