Can I cancel my GrowCredit plan with outstanding dues?

Regardless of whether a user cancels their Grow membership by canceling their Beem subscription or directly through Beem, Beem will check for outstanding dues. If there are outstanding dues, the user must clear them to proceed with the cancellation. Users cannot cancel their GrowCredit membership with outstanding dues.
