How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription via the Beem website or application. Please follow the steps below to cancel through either platform.

To cancel your subscription through the website please follow the below steps:

1. Login to our website https://www.trybeem.com using your registered email/phone.
2. Select Cancel Subscription on the home page.
3. Click on Cancel Subscription.

To cancel your subscription through the Beem application please follow the below steps:

1. Login to the Beem Application using your registered email/phone.
2. Click on the human icon on the top right of the screen > Click Current plan > Click Manage plan > Select Cancel plan and follow the steps that appear on the screen

Once you cancel the subscription, your subscription may remain active till the next billing date and will be automatically cancelled before you get charged for the next cycle.

Please note that if you’ve pending dues, then you will not be able to cancel your subscription before you clear them.
