Why didn't I receive my verification code?

Sometimes it might take a few minutes for you to receive the verification code due to network issues. If you still don't receive the verification code, check if:

  • Your phone number or email was entered incorrectly
  • Check your service coverage to make sure you're able to receive texts and try again
  • There is a temporary network or carrier issue
  • The code was sent to your spam or junk folder (for email)
  • You requested multiple codes in a short time and hit a temporary limit
