My balance and transactions are updated, why hasn't my most recent bank statement?

We use third-party providers to connect to your bank; which means we only rely on the information they are able to give us at any given time. These bank providers give us different sets of information regarding your account. There are times when your balance is automatically updated, but it doesn't mean we readily have all the details regarding your most recent transactions.


The app needs this information to keep your account updated. If your transactions have already posted and you need to withdraw or purchase immediately, we can attempt to speed up this process manually when you send us the information. Otherwise, if you don't need to spend right away you can just wait until the app updates your account automatically.
