How to Deactivate my Beem account?

Before deactivating your Beem account, make sure there are no active subscriptions.

To deactivate your Beem account, follow these steps:

1. Login to our website https://www.trybeem.com using your registered email/phone.
2. Select Deactivate Account visible on the home page.
3. Click on Deactivate Account.

Once you follow the above steps, all the personal and identifiable information that you have shared with Beem such as SSN, Date of Birth, Address, Bank Accounts, Transactions, etc. will be hashed and removed.

Note: If you wish to restore your account, you can do so within 90 days of deactivation. You can log back into the app and you can restore your account. However, if you do not restore your account, it will be deactivated & you’ll lose access to it.
