Before deactivating your Beem account, ensure that your subscription is cancelled and the current subscription cycle has ended.
To deactivate your Beem account, follow these steps:
- Login to our website https://www.trybeem.com using your registered email/phone.
- Select Deactivate Account visible on the home page.
- Click on Deactivate Account.
Once your account is deactivated, all your personal and identifiable information, such as SSN, Date of Birth, Address, Bank Accounts, and Transactions, will be encrypted and secured.
If you wish to restore your account, you can log in within 90 days of deactivation to reactivate it. However, if the account is not restored within this period, it will be permanently deactivated, and access will no longer be available.
Note: If you wish to deactivate your account immediately before your subscription end date, please contact us through your registered phone number or email, and our team will assist you with manual deactivation.
